VIBRATION MEASUREMENTS AND ANALYSIS

Fast and cost-effective method to get a reliable diagnosis on your machines. Premature bearing ware and imbalances are discovered before the accident is a fact. For hand-held measurements, we use DETECT 3 from Schaeffler. We also offer online-based solutions such as OPTIME and IM Analytics.

CONDITION INSPECTION

For preventive purposes, we perform inspection of bearings, gears and other machine parts. With video endoscopes, we can help you detect damage or wear on machine parts that are difficult to reach. All inspections are delivered with an inspection report that you can easily save in your maintenance system. Nomo Industrial Service also stores all data from the survey.

ALIGNMENT AND BALANCING

Nomo Industrial Service uses lasers to balance and align machines. Imbalance is one of the most common causes of early wear and tear and breakdowns.

BEARING INSTALLATION AND CONDITION INSPECTIONS

Our certified bearing technicians inspect and perform mounting and dismounting of bearings. For bearings with an inner diameter of more than 300mm, it can be profitable to repair the bearing. The bearing is sent to the factory for cost proposals.

The service technicians analyze the gearboxes to detect missalignment, pitting or other damage. The newly renovated gear unit is delivered with an inspection report and installation protocol containing the necessary information.

PUMP SERVICE

Nomo Industrial Service performs service and maintains the most demanding and complex pumps for optimal results. All to ensure long operating times regardless of pump brand. The inspection of the pump is documented, and the newly renovated pump is delivered with an assembly protocol containing the necessary information.

SHEET METAL AND WELDING TECHNOLOGY

Based on your needs, we tailor made solutions within Sheet metal and welding technology that will give you the best possible results. We can help you out in the field or in our welding workshop. Our staff is always trained and certified. We weld stainless steel, black sheet metal and aluminum and holds the certification EN 1090.
