Nomo Group acquires a majority stake in Top-Osa Oy

Nomo Group, part of the global industrial group Axel Johnson International, announces the strategic acquisition of Finnish sealing specialist Top-Osa. The acquisition aligns with Nomo’s strategy of growing within sealing technology. Holding a unique position in the market, Top-Osa is renowned for its highly competent people with in-depth product knowledge and strong production capacity.

Located in Tampere, Top-Osa is positioned as a leading seals expert on the Finnish market, known for its product offering and ability to meet specific customer demand. Founded in 1982 and managed by its current owners since 2010, the company is recognized for its reliability, flexibility and quick deliveries. Top-Osa specializes in providing both standardized and customized seals, utilizing the highest-class raw materials and an extensive quality assurance system. Thanks to skilled staff with deep technical knowledge, Top-Osa has built strong, long-lasting customer relationships over time, establishing themselves as a trusted sealing partner.

Top-Osa will maintain its current management, continuing to offer a high level of service and expertise.
