Janvier Mugiraneza

Janvier Mugiraneza has been working at Nomo's warehouse in Tampere in Finland for a year now.

Antti Sutela, our previous guest in this series, asked you the question: What is it like to work at the warehouse in Finland considering that you have such an important role to ensure that our customers get the right products?
It feels really good to do what you are studying and you are constantly improving.

What made you apply for a position at Nomo?
I applied for various positions and really needed a job that interested me and where I could do my best as an employee. When I received a response to my application and was allowed to come to Nomo, I immediately felt that it was a job that suited me. I have also previously worked as a warehouse worker at another company in Finland.

How have you experienced joining the Nomo team?
I feel that I have developed quite a lot, learned new things and it is nice to be part of this team.

What drives you in your work?
My driving force is to continue my development, to become better and more successful.

Who is your role model?
My mom!

What is the best thing about Finland?
Everyone is minding their own business and they treat people nicely.

What do you do in your free time?
I read and play a few different games.

What food do you prefer to eat?
I like Italian pasta.

What is your best environmental tip for sustainable development?
The premises are kept clean.

What music do you listen to?
I listen to a lot of hip-hop and RNB.

What makes you happy?
I feel at peace when I can help other people.
